Refund and cancellation policy
Digital products
PDFs and guides are delivered digitally right after payment. Because the content can be downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds once it has been delivered.
When we will refund
We will refund in full if you were charged but did not receive the product, if you were charged twice, or if the file is broken and we cannot fix it. Write to CHANGE-ME@aligarhcoaching.in within 7 days with your payment ID.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Coaching fees
We do not collect coaching fees on behalf of institutes. Their refund rules are set by each institute.
